Healthy, affordable meals planned for you!
Improve your family's health with delicious, nutrient packed meals!

All too often in working with clients, I talk to hardworking, loving parents who struggle to find the time and resources to give their families the best possible nutrition.

Even the most dedicated often commit nutritional mistakes that negatively impact their children’s health without knowing it because so many unhealthy foods are being constantly marketed as alternatives to real food.

On top of that, the grocery store is a mine field of bad nutrition these days, and navigating foods that are truly healthy vs. the millions that claim to be can be confusing and frustrating! Many of the so-called “foods” in the grocery store contain more artificial ingredients than actual food.

Two-thirds of the people in our country struggle with being overweight and even children are being affected by previously “adult-onset” diabetes and hosts of other diseases.

With hundreds of fast, easy (and very unhealthy!) options available at each meal, it takes a valiant effort and a lot of planning to provide your family with nutritious meals.

It infuriates me that:

  • Obesity related diseases kill more people than almost any other medical condition these days
  • Poor nutrition has been linked to cancer, heart disease and other leading causes of death, yet most people are never told the truth about what foods they should be eating to help improve their health!
  • Millions struggle to count calories or log endless hours on the treadmill when a few simple dietary changes can provide a much bigger impact on their weight and health… without feeling hungry all the time
  • Childhood is the most important time for optimal nutrition, yet the foods that are marketed for children and that we are told to feed them actually dramatically contribute to bad health and can even interfere with brain development!
  • Many doctors and even the USDA still promote an outdated nutritional system that is making the problem worse!

Figuring out how to realistically eat healthy foods and provide them for their families has been the most difficult part of a transition to a nutrient-dense real food diet for many of my clients.

As a result, I provide a meal planning service free to clients, and their success rate drastically increases when they have a detailed plan to stick to.

Unfortunately, I don’t have time to work with any more clients at this point, and many people just don’t have it in the budget to work one-on-one with a nutritional expert.

For this reason, I’ve decided to make these meal plans available to all of my readers!

I get hundreds of emails a week from readers asking if different foods  are healthy or not, or how to cook real foods on a budget.

I don’t have time to answer all these emails, so I’m offering my meal  plans that I provide to my ($500 per month) clients and that I feed my  own family to you for a single payment of $147 for lifetime access!

For less than the price of a good cup of coffee a week, you can have healthy and delicious meal plans at your fingertips to help ensure your success and take the hassle out of healthy foods!

If you’ve read my blog, you know that I already have many recipes and meal ideas posted that you can access for free, and those will always be there for you.

However, having a specific plan sent to you each week has been shown to drastically increase the rates of sticking to a healthy way of eating.

Whether you are trying to:

  • Lose weight
  • Help your children lose weight
  • Deal with food or other allergies
  • Remove toxins from your diet
  • Improve skin conditions or skin allergies
  • Improve digestive health
  • Boost your immune system

Real food can really help!

Unfortunately, sticking to a real food diet takes a lot of planning and preparation. You can’t just throw a frozen pizza in the oven and call it dinner!

While I can’t do the cooking for you (though I’d like to if I could!) I’m happy to share my own meal plans with the most healthy, fast and affordable options I’ve found.

I know that you are extremely busy, and while healthy food options do take time to prepare, these are the easiest and fastest recipes I’ve found and the ones that I make myself (while keeping up with my four kids, working from home, writing a book and keeping up with my blog).

My Meal Plans are designed to:

  • Take the hassle out of planning and preparing highly nutritious meals for yourself and your family.
  • Help you reach your optimal weight without starving!
  • Help your kids receive all the nutrients they need to grow, and never have to worry about their weight
  • Simplify your life by only needing to grocery shop once a week!
  • Reduce your grocery budget by making sure you only buy the foods you are going to eat
  • Help you stick to an eating plan by making sure that you only have nutritious options easily available to you at each meal!
  • Increase your chances of sticking to a healthy way of eating for the long term without the frustration of trying to keep up with what the latest fad of “healthy foods” are

This is the reason that meal delivery systems have such a high success rate (even though they often contain unhealthy foods). Just knowing that you have a plan for your health and what you will be cooking at each meal will dramatically increase your chances of actually doing it!

Meal plans have made the biggest difference for my clients, and I am happy to provide all the same tools for you!

What subscribers are saying:

"The menu plan itself, it is a HUGE timesaver and a no-brainer for me.  I work full time and have two kids that are going in opposite directions. The menu plans give me a springboard for my entire week, I can layout the menus for the days that I want and work our breakfast and lunch right around it. " Carrie

“I would say that it will save me around $15/week…not buying random veggies in hopes i remember what I’m going to make them with.  Even if we only drop one meal out every two weeks, the service will have paid for itself.”  -Shannon

“I do think we will save on groceries!  We are a family of 8, and sometimes we are busy or I am just tired with no energy to plan meals & organize a shopping list for the week that I find myself shopping from day to day & just grabbing food that I know we’ll eat once I figure out what to do with it…  I have no clue about the seasons of foods either so having someone else help me follow a seasonal menu is great!  I figure we’re saving about $25 a week.” – The “M” Family

“What’s most helpful is having recipes picked out for me so all I need to do is buy the groceries and cook the meal. Since my husband and me are working on cutting out the grains, this is a very valuable tool. I love that the recipes are everyday foods that I’m used to, prepared in a healthy way.” -Janie

“having the meals actually planned is great!  I was burning out from what I was doing, and it’s nice not having to think about that part of it.  I also am so thankful that I am eating healthily – just being told what to eat helps take all the guess work out of it… the recipes are excellent, the plan is great, and I’ve already lost 5 lbs in a week!!!”  -Leigh

“Not sure how much yet, but the savings will be significant. I am an impulse shopper and going to the store every day to pick up food for dinner always leads to buying more items that we don’t need. With the meal plans, I’m in and out once a week and only get the items on the list.” -Kathryn

“The meals are very simple to prepare. All ingredients are readily available and they are also delicious. Love how you incorporate crock meals into each week! "  -Deb

“I would definately recommend them.  I would tell them they are great and very well organized and detailed.  The shopping lists are wonderful!!!  The kids are eating it too! Thank you so much, Katie for all your hard work and helping all of us live a healthier lifestyle. I love your website and all the great information.” -LeeAnn
